| Buck Hall has
graciously granted us full and exclusive access to the finest
field in Anderson County - Papa Buck Field, previously Toxaway Park before being renamed in the in honor of long time baseball coach and father of Buck Hall. The facility includes an enclosed press box, multiple batting cages, practice pitching mounds, fully enclosed dugouts, bleachers, fully functional score board, PA system, concession stand and the field is fully lighted for practice and playing at night. There is also temporary bathroom facilities on site.
There is also all of the necessary equipment on site to have a fully integrated practice session to work on all facets of the game of baseball.
Park Rules and Regulations: Our Mission is: ~ To teach the integrity of the game of baseball ~ To help players understand the greatness of the game while learning the life lessons associated with baseball ~ To provide the best learning atmosphere, the best competition and the most fun the game of baseball has to offer to its participants In order to provide this atmosphere, we must insist on adherence to the following rules: ~ No using the field without prior permission from Buck Hall or Blue Chip Baseball ~ No alcohol, tobacco or drugs ~ No cleats (metal or rubber) on stairs or sidewalks ~ No bikes, scooters, skateboards or rollerblades ~ No unattended children or pets ~ No fighting ~ No weapons ~ No use of foul language ~ No glass containers on the field ~ When done using the field, leave it in better shape then when you arrived. ~ Please be on guard for foul balls ~ Please put litter in its place ~ Please be supportive of the players - positive cheering only ~ Anyone not abiding by these rules will be asked to leave |
